The Opportunity

This is a highly structured, operational engineering role for a technical professional who excels at execution, workflow tracking, and seamless coordination between design, construction, and compliance teams.

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing technical execution and ensuring project delivery matches approved designs and engineering criteria. You will supervise project timelines, enforce strict quality benchmarks, and bridge the gap between office-based planners and on-site delivery teams. Working closely with project directors and executive leadership in Australia, you will establish the technical coordination needed to scale project velocity and eliminate structural errors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Workflow Supervision & Timeline Management

Workflow Supervision: Track, evaluate, and supervise everyday engineering workflows, task assignments, and technical milestones.
• Timeline Tracking: Monitor schedule variations and design updates against project timelines to prevent critical delivery delays.
• Technical Audits: Review engineering drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation to verify build feasibility.

Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment

Design Coordination: Manage direct coordination between architects, engineers, and design consultants to resolve technical discrepancies.
Site Management Liaison: Serve as the central communication link for site managers, providing real-time technical support and clear directives.
• Problem Resolution: Address design clashes or engineering constraints quickly to ensure uninterrupted progress on the ground.

Team Synchronization & Compliance

Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to relevant Australian safety regulations, quality building codes, and environmental standards.
• Internal Data Sync: Maintain accurate technical records, drawing revisions, and engineering logs across shared internal project spaces.
• Real-Time Sync: Work in total alignment with Australian time zones (AEST/AWST) to provide fast system responses during key business hours.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience: ~2–4 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Site Engineer, or Technical Design Coordinator.
• Ecosystem Mastery: Practical, hands-on experience navigating and configuring digital project spaces, CAD viewports, or engineering toolchains.
• Analytical Aptitude: Strong comfort monitoring business metrics, parsing user usage data, and translating customer feedback into clear system improvements.
• Process Engineering: Exceptional organization skills with a love for building step-by-step checklists, automation rules, and internal resource files.
• Soft Skills: Superior written and verbal English communication skills, high empathy-driven problem-solving habits, and absolute calm when addressing client
