The Opportunity

This is a highly proactive, data-driven outbound role for a specialist who loves building systematic pipelines and turning cold databases into hot sales opportunities.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for building a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects using automated outreach and data scraping tools. You will own the entire front-end sales pipeline—from list extraction and email validation to sequence optimization and booking discovery calls. Working closely with sales directors and B2B growth teams across Australia, you will ensure our clients’ calendars are consistently filled with highly targeted business leads.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Data Scraping & Target List Development

  • Targeted Extraction: Mine, extract, and build highly segmented B2B prospect lists based on specific buyer personas, industries, and company sizes.
  • Data Verification: Run rigorous lead cleaning and verification processes to eliminate dead records and minimize email bounce rates.
  • Market Research: Conduct deep digital research on target companies to find decision-maker contact paths and uncover personalized angles for outreach.

Outreach Automation & Deliverability Management

  • Sequence Configuration: Set up, launch, and manage automated cold outreach campaigns using specialized sales software and LinkedIn tracking loops.
  • Inbox Deliverability Control: Proactively monitor email sender reputation, configure domain warm-up settings, and audit technical alignments to bypass spam filters.
  • A/B Copy Optimization: Test subject lines, conversational copy structures, and call-to-action hooks to maximize email open and reply rates.

Nurturing & Appointment Setting

  • Response Management: Respond quickly to inbound interest, handle initial objections smoothly, and nurture warm leads toward a meeting.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate directly with client calendars to book high-intent sales discovery calls seamlessly.
  • Real-Time Alignment: Sync completely with Australian time zones (AEST/AWST) to reply to prospects instantly during their core business hours.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience: ~2–4 years of dedicated experience in outbound B2B lead generation, business development, or automated data extraction—ideally in an agency or SaaS setting.
  • Tool Toolkit: Practical, hands-on mastery of sales intelligence and automation tools such as Apollo.ioLinkedIn Sales NavigatorInstantly.ai, or Lemlist.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong foundational knowledge of domain management, email deliverability practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and CRM management workflows (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Persuasive Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills—able to write compelling, zero-spam outreach copy that gets replies.
  • Soft Skills: A highly resilient, goal-oriented mindset, exceptional time management habits, and a systematic approach to tracking sales numbers.
