  • Position Calibration: Collaborate with agency founders to dissect organizational structures and define critical leadership success factors.

Advanced Evaluation & Cultural Vetting

  • Behavioral Profiling: Apply structured executive evaluation frameworks and behavioral interviewing techniques to assess strategic capabilities.
  • Cultural Alignment: Conduct deep-dive vetting sessions to ensure candidates match the vision, values, and operational pace of Australian agencies.
  • Portfolio & Reference Checks: Oversee thorough background verifications, leadership portfolio reviews, and multi-tier professional reference tracking.

Negotiation & Stakeholder Support

  • Offer Management: Navigate high-level salary expectations, performance incentives, and contract term negotiations for executive placements.
  • Founder Advisory: Present comprehensive candidate summaries and advisory insights to assist Australian business owners in final decision-making.
  • Real-Time Alignment: Work in complete sync with Australian time zones (AEST/AWST) to facilitate rapid communication with busy founders.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience: ~4–6 years of experience in executive search, corporate recruitment, or senior management placement—ideally within global agency networks or high-growth remote setups.
